This summer’s Masters of the Universe: Revelation was just Part 1; Kevin Smith’s epic new He-Man story continues next month with Part 2, for which Netflix just released an extremely dramatic trailer. Skeletor has the Power, Evil-Lyn has taken control, and Teela thinks the only way they can stop one sorceress… is with another sorceress. Naturally, nothing less than the fate of the entire universe is at stake.

Netflix summarizes the story thusly:

The war for Eternia culminates in Masters of the Universe: Revelation, an innovative and action-packed animated series that picks up where the iconic characters left off decades ago. After a cataclysmic battle between He-Man and Skeletor, Eternia is fractured and the Guardians of Grayskull are scattered. And after decades of secrets tore them apart, it’s up to Teela to reunite the broken band of heroes, and solve the mystery of the missing Sword of Power in a race against time to restore Eternia and prevent the end of the universe.

As a reminder, this show has the best voice cast, including Mark Hamill as the evil Skeletor; Chris Wood (Supergirl) as Prince Adam/He-Man; Lena Headey (Game of Thrones) as Evil-Lyn; Sarah Michelle Gellar (Buffy the Vampire Slayer) as Teela; Liam Cunningham (Game of Thrones) as Man-at-Arms; Henry Rollins (Johnny Mnemonic) as Tri-Klops; and Kevin Conroy (the animated Batman) as Mer-Man.

Also, Leah Schnelbach called the first part of RevelationThe Last Jedi of He-Man cartoons,” which means I’ve really got to watch Part 1 immediately.

Masters of the Universe: Revelation—Part 2 premieres on Netflix on November 23rd.
